Step 2: On the home screen of the page you can find 8 options, select the option “E-Registration” then select the option “Assembly Constituency”, and then from the drop down menu select the option “Form 6 (New Enrolment)” and select one of the links from the 2 link options that drop-down or click here instead http://ceoaperms.ap.gov.in/eregistration/form6.aspx
Step 3:Now, a new page appears with a fill-up form and heading “E-Registration (Form-6)” start filling in the form. PS: all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) needed to be filled mandatory. If you skip any asterisk marked fields, the server will not accept the form.
Step 4: Once, you start filling in the form, you will find a heading “Upload Supporting Document”, Now you will see 3 fields to enter 3 documents. Photograph, Age proof, and Address proof. click the “Choose File” button below each field and a dialogue box pops up, select the respective documents (jpg, png, bmp, jpeg) from your saved file destination and click the “open” button on the dialogue box and the file will be uploaded. PS: files should have a size less than 100Kb.
Step 5: After completing the document uploading, continue filling in the form with all the right details. Enter the mobile number and Email ID carefully as the page sends a link to the email ID.
Step 7: At the end of the form, enter the code as displayed on the Captcha near and click the “Submit” button below.
Now the page will display a Reference number, note down this number or save this number. The reference number will help you in tracking your application status in future.
Once this procedure is completed a booth level officer will be allotted to visit you and verify the details submitted. The voters’ ID application procedure will be completed if the verification is completed successfully. Now, you don’t have to wait for the Voters’ ID to be delivered, you can track the status of the application.

Step 4: Now, the page displays the voters’ ID and an option below for printing it.
PS: If you have lost your voters ID and if you need a new voter’s ID you should apply for duplicate voters ID and the entire procedure of applying for a duplicate voters’ ID is different. However, the above-mentioned option can be used for acquiring the temporary voters ID.
