Kerala is one of the top states in India with its people having a literacy rate of 93.91 percentages. Like all the other states in India, this state too comes under the Election Commission of India.
A voters’ ID is one of the important document that grants an Indian citizen of age 18-years or above 18-years the right to vote. He/she can cast the vote to elect a representative at the election conducted by the Election Commission of India. A voters’ ID card apart from this major function also serves as one of the proof document that can serve as an identity proof, address proof, and age proof. Currently, most of the Indian institutions both private and public accept the voters’ ID as the proof of age, identity, and address.
