PS: remember every field with an asterisk (*) should be filled in mandatory. If the mandatory fields are skipped without filling in the form will be rejected.
Step 5: Once you have started filling in the form, be careful enough to enter all the details carefully. Step 9: After successful Uploading of supporting documents as requested on the form, next fill-up the declaration form provided below with the requested details and click “Submit” button.
Step 10: Now, a new screen appears on the screen with a reference ID and confirmation. Save this reference ID for tracking the status of the application in the future.
The application procedure from your side is complete once you have submitted the form-6. Now, the Election Commission of India will send a booth level officer who will visit your residence to verify the details submitted to the ECI. On successful verification, the voters’ ID card will be delivered to your address within 30- 50-days.
Track application status online Uttarakhand
Once you have uploaded the documents and completed the application procedure, you can track the status of your form application. Currently, there is no option on Chief Electoral Officer Uttarakhand website to check the form application status. However, the status can be checked on the National Voters’ Services Portal. Here are the steps to follow.

step 2: On the home screen of National Voters’ Services Portal you will find the option “Track Application Status”, select this option
